Autumn brings her marketing expertise from the skilled nursing industry to the table, backed by her BS in family and consumer sciences from Eastern Illinois University. While she takes charge of marketing to the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan regions, she also maintains social accounts and coordinates our events. Autumn loves being creative in her role and being part of a compassionate, highly skilled team that provides excellent patient care.

Out of the office, Autumn loves to exercise, hike, and spend time with family and friends and is currently enjoying being a newlywed. She says, “There’s nothing better than seeing a patient’s confidence level transform before your eyes upon seeing their new smile. I’ve really enjoyed capturing those moments and then sharing them on social media for prospective patients to see.”

Donielle brings years of experience to the table, having been in the dentistry field since 1984 and having worked with the practice for 31 years. She is in charge of the clinical team, scheduling assistants for the doctors, managing IT and HR issues, and keeping a happy balance between clinical staff and doctors.

In her hometown of Valparaiso, Donielle spends time with her husband, Rob, and adult children, Phillip and Kate. She loves to frequent her favorite restaurant, Don Quijote, as well as traveling, good food and wine.

Kaitlin handles scheduling for all hospital and outpatient surgeries. She works closely with patients’ insurance companies and manages medical records, medications, and refunds.. Prior to joining the Aspire team, she worked for an orthopedic office and, before that, an ENT. She loves connecting with patients and easing their fears or anxieties about upcoming procedures, and being able to confidently tell them that they are in the best care.

In the summer, you can find Kaitlin at the beach with her husband, Carlo, and their sons, Jaxon and Landen. She also loves gardening in the spring and skiing in the winter.

Jaleisha has three years of experience in the dental field and manages billing, accounts receivable, insurance verification for all three offices, insurance claims, and more. She strives to ensure patients get the best care and maximize their insurance benefits.

Out of the office, she runs her online boutique and new luggage company. Jaleisha loves spending time with family and friends, hosting cookouts, traveling, and staying busy as the assistant secretary of her local HOA.

Day has been part of the Aspire team since 2022, bringing to the table her experience from her time in dentistry and optometry. She loves being part of a supportive and helpful team driven by genuine connections between staff and patients. She says, “Especially when patients come in afraid, we tend to always put them at ease and make the experience of the surgery trauma-free.”

Out of the office, Day enjoys reading, painting, baking, and playing with Prince, her 2-year-old Shih Tzu.
