Stress-Free Payments
ur goal is to ensure that every patient receives the level of dental care they deserve. We take every measure to ensure that our services are reasonably priced and offer affordable payment options.
For your convenience, we accept payment through the major credit cards – Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept dental care financing through the CareCredit payment program.
Our Payment Policy
Unless you’ve talked with our team about alternatives in advance, payments are due at the time of service or procedure. We are happy to confirm your available coverage if you have insurance (and your surgical fees exceed $450.00). In certain cases, we may also accept a partial payment at the time of the surgery.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all fees incurred by the services rendered regardless of your insurance coverage.
If you have questions, concerns, want more detailed financial information, or want guidance in navigating an insurance claim, we encourage you to contact our office. A highly trained staff member will be happy to talk with you.
Schedule a ConsultationInsurance
Generally, insurance companies respond to a claim within four to six weeks of the initial submission. If your billing statement does not accurately reflect your insurance payment after that timeframe, please call our office immediately.
Please remember that any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment. If you need to finance the remaining balance, we are happy to help you make arrangements through CareCredit as needed.
Our team is trained to help you navigate the insurance process and help you secure the maximum benefits you are entitled to. To minimize wait times and potential slowdowns, please provide a completed insurance form or a copy of your insurance card to our office, along with the address to which we will be sending the claim.
Please keep in mind that surgical fees under $450 require payment in full on the day the service is rendered. However, we will help you file the appropriate insurance claims to secure your reimbursement.

Schedule an AppointmentWhy an oral surgeon vs. dentist?
Oral and maxillofacial surgeons receive specialized training to treat a variety of conditions affecting the head, neck, face, mouth, and jaws. Although a general dentist may perform simple tooth extractions -- more complex surgeries, such as removing wisdom teeth, are what we are specifically trained to do. Plus, we have advanced equipment to make procedures more affordable, and significantly more comfortable, for you to have the best overall experience.
