Dr. Timothy Surber has been honing his skills and growing his passion for dental healthcare for decades. After receiving his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2013, Dr. Surber has gone on to be recognized and awarded by the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. As an active board-certified diplomate in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Surber is also involved in several professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, ADA, and many local study groups.

Exploring more philanthropic endeavors, Dr. Surber has even taken his skills abroad to Limu, Peru, as part of a surgical mission team. In his hometown in Valparaiso, Indiana, he offers his time and skills to multiple hospitals for facial trauma surgery.

Having graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry Summa Cum Laude in 1980, he served his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Fairchild has served the Northwest Indiana area since 1985 and teamed up with Dr. Stevenson in 2009.
