We highly recommend completing your forms online prior to your visit. This will both reduce your wait time and be available for you to view as needed.

Get Answers to Your Financial Questions
We understand the investment often required for Oral Care and want to make sure all your financial questions are answered. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also participate in the CareCredit payment program. Why an oral surgeon vs. dentist?
Oral and maxillofacial surgeons receive specialized training to treat a variety of conditions affecting the head, neck, face, mouth, and jaws. Although a general dentist may perform simple tooth extractions -- more complex surgeries, such as removing wisdom teeth, are what we are specifically trained to do. Plus, we have advanced equipment to make procedures more affordable, and significantly more comfortable, for you to have the best overall experience.
