Oral Surgery Patient Resources

A Process Made Easy So You Can Focus On Recovery

At Aspire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we strive to make you feel heard, cared for, and educated on all your options. We want you to feel supported every step of the way, from the first call to the first consultation. Our warm and professional staff will greet you upon arrival and be available to answer any questions you may have about treatment, payment, and everything in between.

New Patient

Forms

When it comes to patient forms, we want your experience to be as quick and as easy as possible, and that’s why we provide convenient online forms you can fill out here. For the quickest experience, be sure to fill out the online forms before your first appointment and give our office a call if you have any questions.

Insurance and

Financial Options

We know that budgeting for dental procedures can be stressful, and we never want patients to put off or avoid care altogether because of financial worries. That’s why we take every measure to ensure that our services are reasonably priced and offer affordable payment options.

For your convenience, we accept payment through several major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept dental care financing through the CareCredit payment program.

Our

Payment Policy

We recommend talking to our team about your payment options prior to treatment. They can help navigate your insurance benefits, assist with financing options, and more. Patients who are unable to arrange for this in advance are asked to pay at the time of service.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all fees incurred by the services rendered, regardless of your insurance coverage.

If you have any questions, concerns, or want more detailed financial information or guidance in navigating an insurance claim, please give our office a call. We’ll be happy to support you and walk you through any questions.

Insurance

Generally, insurance companies respond to a claim within four to six weeks of the initial submission. If your billing statement does not accurately reflect your insurance payment after that timeframe, please call our office immediately.

Please remember that any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid will be your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment. If you need to finance the remaining balance, we are happy to help you make arrangements through CareCredit as needed.

Please keep in mind that surgical fees under $450 require payment in full on the day the service is rendered. We will help you file the appropriate insurance claims to secure your reimbursement.

Post-Surgical

Care Instructions

Recovery is just as important as the initial treatment, and it’s important that you’re prepared for the different stages of this period. Pain and swelling are common after surgery and are easy to manage. Avoiding certain foods, activities like smoking, and certain tools like straws are also vital for optimal healing in the early stages.

The healing period can be made much smoother by following our guide to post-surgical care. Check out this PDF for a complete list of care instructions.
